Aperitif with mulled wine reception on the jetty

At the jetty you will be welcomed by the crew with a mulled wine aperitif – as soon as all passengers are on board it’s “cast off” and the journey begins.

 

Winter lake cruise with delicious cheese fondue

During the round trip you can enjoy a beautifully garnished nut salad as an appetizer. If you reserve in advance, we will be happy to serve you an aperitif platter with dried meat and salsiz before the salad (CHF 25 per table).

  • For the main course you will enjoy an extensive fondue. You will be served a hearty mountain cheese fondue made according to Captain Andi’s house recipe. You can extend the fondue with various additional options:

     

  • breaded mini veal cutlets to dip into the fondue + 10 CHF p/p
  • Truffle + 8 CHF p/p
  • Dried tomatoes + CHF 4 p/p
  • Gherkins, pearl onions and baby corn + CHF 4 p/p
  • Cervelat cubes +4 CHF p/p
  • raw organic egg +3 CHF p/p
  • small potatoes +4 CHF p/P

 

Finally, enjoy the dessert buffet with a beautiful selection of various sweet delicacies.
